It starts with initial network set up and goes on to configuration change consultation, providing new hardware /upgrade options and
troubleshooting the network.
Managing your support requests at all times—quickly handling smaller issues and escalating larger ones.
Knows your account, the portfolio of Rackspace products and team member roles inside and out.
Figuring out your initial configuration concerns, resolving them and then knowing the specs of your environment front-to-back.
Keen eye for identifying potential server deployment issues from the contract all the way up to deployment.
At a bare minimum they hold a CCNA certification, so if it has anything to do with the complexities and performance of the network,
they're taking care of it.
General system administration technical expertise, but also has in-depth knowledge of who exactly to escalate specific issues to.
